Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of RoleRadar AI ("the Service"), operated by RoleRadar AI ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these terms.

1. What the Service does

RoleRadar AI monitors public Singapore job listings, filters ghost jobs and duplicate postings, ranks roles against your resume and target, and provides a visa signal based on available evidence. We help you act faster on live roles that match your profile.

2. Accounts and eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• One account per person. Sharing accounts is not permitted.

3. Early-access availability

• The Service is currently free while in early access.
• Features may be added, changed, limited, or removed while the product is being developed.
• If access terms change later, we will show them before you choose to continue.

4. Acceptable use and prohibited data

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of Singapore laws.
• Scrape, resell, or redistribute data obtained through the Service.
• Submit false information or impersonate another person.
• Attempt to bypass rate limits, security controls, or access restrictions.
• Use automated tools to access the Service beyond its intended interface.
• Upload resumes or documents containing Singapore NRIC, FIN, passport copies, banking/card numbers, biometric data, classified government records, or sensitive personal data.
• Submit material that infringes intellectual property or proprietary rights of third parties.

5. AI analysis, fit scoring, and visa signal disclaimers

Automated & Algorithmic Nature: RoleRadar AI uses natural language processing, semantic embeddings, and large language models (LLMs) to parse text, extract skills, and estimate alignment between resumes and job descriptions. Like all AI systems, model outputs are estimates, may vary between model providers, and may occasionally produce inaccuracies or omissions.

No Employment Guarantee: Fit scores, evidence gaps, parse-through simulations, and rankings are decision-support tools provided for your informational review. RoleRadar AI does not guarantee interview invitations, candidate shortlisting, or employment offers from employers.

Candidate Verification Responsibility: You are solely responsible for reviewing and verifying the accuracy and faithfulness of any resume data, skill citations, or tailored statements before presenting them to prospective employers.

Visa Signal: The sponsorship signal is an evidence-based indicator derived from employer job posting wording and candidate reports at the time of collection. It is not an immigration guarantee or legal assessment. Visa approvals depend on Ministry of Manpower (MOM) criteria, employer eligibility, and COMPASS scoring. We do not provide immigration advice.

6. Third-party AI services and Bring Your Own Key (BYOK)

To perform language processing and embeddings, RoleRadar AI connects to vetted third-party AI infrastructure (including NVIDIA, Google, Groq, and Anthropic) as disclosed on our Sub-processors page.

If you configure the Service using Bring Your Own Key (BYOK) or connect personal model credentials, you engage directly with that model provider under your own account agreement. You are solely responsible for API keys, usage charges, and adherence to that provider's terms of service.

7. Data and privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Your resume is used only for matching and is never shared with employers without your explicit action. Direct personal identifiers are scrubbed prior to external model inference.

8. Intellectual property

All content, design, algorithms, and branding on the Service are owned by RoleRadar AI. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without written permission.

9. Service availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, update features, or temporarily limit access. We will provide reasonable notice for planned downtime.

10. Limitation of liability

RoleRadar AI is provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by Singapore law, we are not liable for hiring decisions, employment pass outcomes, third-party model downtime or errors, or any indirect, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid to RoleRadar AI in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Termination

• You can close your account at any time from your Account settings.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
• On termination, your data is deleted within 30 days unless retention is required by law.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the Service evolves. Material changes will be communicated via email or an in-app notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore. Disputes will be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
